Earrings, bracelets, necklaces ... I love to make them all. Swarovski crystal beads bring sparkling colors and
visual texture to my jewelry designs. Czech Republic glass beads offer rich deep colors, with individual
2-tone Czech beads often possessing unique color shading within the clear glass of the bead. For warm colors, I like to make
bracelets from the natural beauty of obsidian and jasper beads.

This was a fun project. I choose colors that work for Halloween, Christmas and Saint Valentine's Day.
On these special days I hang small gold plated charms. Halloween, of course is a pumpkin charm.
Christmas a small Christmas shaped tree. St. Valentine's day is a gold heart.
I cut two hoop lengths from a coil of gold wire. The earwires were put onto the hoop wire as I placed the Swarovski beads on.
I closed this hoop by putting the ends of the hoop wire through a doughnut shaped spacer beads. Where one end stuck out of each side of the doughnut shaped spacer bead, making sure the two ends were even in length.
Tools:
Snipper for the wire
Fat end plier to twist the two end wires around each other
Round nose plier to form the half noose of twisted wires
Closer pliers to help round the half noose
The top of a nail polish bottle to gently make hoop with Swarovski crystals more round.
Material list per earring:
22 gauge full hard gold filled wire from 5 foot coil
4mm Swarovski bicone 5301 crystal beads
colors from back end of lower twisted noose:
fuchsia, garnet, fire opal, garnet, red topaz, garnet, Siam red, garnet, hyacinth, garnet, sun
