Earrings, bracelets, necklaces ... I love to make them all. Swarovski crystal beads bring sparkling colors and visual texture to my jewelry designs. Czech Republic glass beads offer rich deep colors, with individual 2-tone Czech beads often possessing unique color shading within the clear glass of the bead. For warm colors, I like to make bracelets from the natural beauty of obsidian and jasper beads.

silver color button style earrings Silver plated dangle earrings with 8mm Erinite Swarovski® crystal beads using sterling silver bead caps.

The numerous faceted sides of the 8mm Erinite Swarovski® crystal bead nicely catches the light adding a touch of sparkle.

This earring design uses one Sterling silver 10mm open wire Bali bead cap for each of the 8mm Swarovski® crystal bead. Top view of the Bali bead cap is shown as insert within photo of the earring.

Earrings are made using purchased dangles that are about 1.5 inches long. Photo below shows the dangles as purchased.

Silver plated bell shaped capped dangles

Overall length of these dangle earrings, excluding the ear wire: 2.25 inches.

Material list for each silver plated earring:

2- 1.5 inch sterling silver ball ended head pin

2- 8mm round 5000 Erinite Swarovski® crystal bead

1- silver plated earring dangle of chain links, snipping several of the link chains shorter than the longest one.

2- Sterling silver 10mm open wire Bali bead caps to fit a size 8mm bead

1- silver plated earwire. The dangle for this design is placed directly within the eye loop of the earwire. I did this by carefully opening the eye loop of the earwire and inserting the eye loop of the dangle. Then carefully using a flat faced plier to then closed the earwire's eye loop.
